Coaching allows a safe, confidential place with some committed time to work on you. Working with a coach gives you the option to explore your life and work on matters as they occur rather than reacting to limited choices.
Coaching also allows you to discover self-limiting beliefs and habits that no longer serve you. You have a place where you can explore options, get clarity, create goals, and have support in the process.
What to Expect
Your first session will be 90 minutes. This is the groundbreaking session where you can explore what limiting beliefs may be blocking you from achieving goals, as well as create a plan and strategy to break through.
All other sessions will be one hour.
Individual coaching sessions are online through Zoom. Each session is set up so you will join me by clicking a link
You will have tasks outside your sessions. Don’t worry, I’m happy to answer questions by email if you get stuck.
What makes this coaching different?
My background and training in stress management helps provide additional support during coaching. This can include exploring tools that can immediately address your stress, such as meditation.
As a client, you will also have access to the Stress Mastery Questionnaire (SMQ). This state-of-the-art stress assessment pinpoints the most crucial areas to address to give you additional support.
