Yes, you will receive a 90-minute coaching session with Lisa and explore the top 3 areas resulting in the highest stress and discuss techniques to reduce your stress.
After your purchase, you will schedule a 90-minute coaching session with Lisa. The booking link will be under your welcome video. The booking page will lead directly to the SMQ assessment. Follow the directions to complete the assessment. It will take 15-20 minutes.
Once your scores are submitted, it may take up to 48-72 hours to receive the results. You will be emailed your SMQ results and your workbook on the day of your appointment.
